We couldn’t be happier to finally be able to welcome you back to Lift, if a little shell shocked by the timescale!
As you can appreciate, before we can re-open, we need to run through training, new protocols and risk assessments with the team and fully review the new guidance issued by the government, however it is currently our intention to open on THURSDAY 16TH JULY.
Unfortunately due to government restrictions we will not be able to offer ANY treatments on the face. This includes facial waxing, lash and brow treatments and facials. But you can happily book any manicures, pedicures, massage or body waxing.

If you have already submitted a booking request…..

Well done you for getting ahead of the game! We have started booking in appointments for those of you who have requested treatments. You will get an email confirming your booking 48 hours beforehand. You will also be sent a Covid-19 screening text message to complete at least 24 hours before your arrival. (if you fail to complete this we will be unable to treat you)
You do not need to call us if you have already submitted your request

If you not submitted a booking request form….

Once we have worked our way through all the booking request forms, we will open to phone bookings, this should be from Thursday 16th July. Keep an eye out on  our social media for updates.
We are working as quickly as we can to make sure we can open as soon as possible, so please bear with us, while we get everything ready. It may take us longer than normal to get back to you, but we will return your phone calls.
We have new protocols which will be emailed to you once you make a booking. Please familiarise yourself with these before attending the salon.
Here’s what you need to know regarding appointments and before your visit..
  • We will be contacting you via text message 48 hours before your appointment to complete our Covid-19 questionnaire.  This must be completed prior to your appointment and we will be unable to treat you if this has not been completed. If we do not have your up to date mobile telephone number please send this to us asap via email.
  • We will also be asking you to pre-pay for your treatments at the time of booking to limit the contact time in the salon.


We kindly ask that:

  • You do not arrive too early for your appointment, we will not be using our waiting area.  Wait in your car or outside in fresh air until just before your appointment time.  When you arrive, please press the intercom and let us know you are here. Then please wait outside the front of the salon being mindful of social distancing until we collect you.
  • Arrive alone for your appointment unless you need a carer. The carer will be unable to wait in the salon. No children will be permitted.
  • Once in the salon, sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided
  • We will be unable to provide any drinks at this time
  • Please only bring minimal belongings with you, avoid large bags, coats (weather permitting) scarfs, jewellery etc
  • You will be required to wear a mask in the salon, you are welcome to bring your own or we can provide one at a small charge.
  • Our toilet will be out of use, please bear this in mind before leaving for your appointment
  • The team will be fully equipped with the PPE required so you can completely relax through your appointment
  • We will be allowing extra time after each appointment to sanitise and thoroughly clean the treatment area, as well as frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.  If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we will be unable to do your treatment due to the strict timetable we have to work to.
  • Walk in appointments or sales will no longer be available, please contact us in advance.

Please do not come to the salon if you have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days or have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days


It’s been a long wait for our sector and we want to thank all of you who have supported us.
We would be lying if we didn’t say, like most, it’s been a difficult few months, but we know brighter days are coming and with your help, we will be back stronger and better than before in no time.
