Unless previously given, a patch test must be carried out at least 48hrs before tinting, HD Brows, NovaLash and Yumi Lashes.
Please note that our therapists time is precious failure to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged. Failure to give 24 hours notice or less will result in 100% charge. Failure to attend an appointment booked on-line will result in a 100% cancellation charge. If you do not attend an appointment you will no longer be able to book without paying the full amount of the appointment upfront.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, are currently receiving any medical care, are taking medication, pregnant or have suffered with cancer with in the past 5 years as this may restrict the treatment.
