We have some important information regarding Lift and if you have an upcoming appointment.
The question we’ve been asked so many times over the last couple of weeks…“when will you be open?”. Well, the honest answer is, we just don’t know. Like everyone, we listened to Boris and hoped for the best, but of course we know that as much as we want to welcome you back to the salon, we must wait until it is safe for everyone.
Last week the National Hair & Beauty Federation issued a statement to inform us that hair and beauty salons will not be able to reopen until, at the very earliest, 4th July. Our industry involves touching clients, which makes it impossible to adhere to the 2m social distancing rule. Hence the industry remains in lockdown.
When we do open we will put strict new measures in place such as reduced capacity and an increase in PPE (personal protective equipment). In our industry it is impossible to remain at a social distance and with the health and safety of our staff and clients paramount we will stay closed until it is safe for us all. We will send further details of our new health & safety measures nearer the time.

Booked appointments
Your booked appointments (with the exception of 12th May-4th July) which will be cancelled given the circumstances) will remain in our system and the appointment will go ahead if we have reopened. If your appointment has been cancelled please read on to find out about re-booking.
Do bear with us, it is taking a long time to get through our diaries. You are important to us and we haven’t forgotten you!
Future bookings
As we remain closed we are constantly having to rearrange appointments so we have taken the decision to suspend booking any future appointments until we have a confirmed reopening date.
Please be understanding when your appointment has to be rescheduled, it’s as hard for us to cancel your appointments as it is for you to be missing them.

We are still able to provide you with your skincare and products for delivery and your support is much needed for small businesses like ours rather than huge corporations found on the internet. We also have some complimentary gifts with your purchases. ❤️

As ever are working on fresh new ideas to bring to you once we get back. The team have completed lots of online learning and intense hygiene courses to come back stronger.
We will also be finishing our decorating as soon as we are allowed and generally, as always, working on making Lift the best salon it can be 💜
